Visit our apartments and, verified the availability of your chosen period, fill in the reservation form.
At once, you will be called back by our staff.
The fixed prices can be reduced on the ground of weeks’ stay, of the anticipation of the reservation, etc. Special prices for families! Call us to discuss your personal needs!
The price includes: weekly cleaning and change of linen (bed-linen, bath-linen and kitchen-linen); electric light, water and gas; dishes, soap and dish cleaning powder; you’re welcome!
Minimum stay three days.
Check in: not before 12.30 pm
Check out: within 9.40 am
Besides, you can have:
- additional cleaning: 15 € .
– additional linen: 5 € per person.
– parking: 1/2 € per day (at about 600 m).
– transfer from Catania airport to the apartment: 50 €.
It is required: 20% of the price agreed upon on reservation; the balance payable on your arrival, plus caution-money of 150 €.
This money will be refunded on your departure.
